Interview practice, out loud
Walk in ready.
Practice the interview you are actually walking into — your resume, their job description, their questions. Out loud, on a clock, with a coach who tells you the truth and wants you to get the job.
One complete interview with full feedback. No card.
The problem
Reading interview tips has never once made someone better at interviewing.
You already know to use examples. You know to have a story ready. None of that survives the moment a stranger asks you something you did not expect and waits while you answer.
The first one is always the worst one
Everyone's first interview of a search goes badly. The fix is to have already had it. Offer is where you spend the bad one.
Nobody tells you what went wrong
Real interviewers do not give feedback. They send a form email three weeks later. You repeat the same mistake for months and never find out what it was.
Out loud is a different skill
An answer that reads well in your head falls apart at speaking pace. The only way to find that out is to say it.
How it works
Four steps. About twenty minutes.
Add the job
Upload your resume and paste the full job description. Offer reads both and works out what this role really tests — and what in your history an interviewer will push on.
Pick the room
Recruiter screen, hiring manager, panel, or final round. Friendly recruiter through to the interviewer who interrupts. The questions and the pressure change with both.
Interview out loud
Questions come one at a time. Weak answers get followed up on the spot — "what was your actual role in that?" No editing, no going back. The pressure is the point.
Find out what landed
Every answer scored against a rubric you can read, what was strong, what was weak, and a stronger version written from your own experience. Then try that question again.
What you get back
Real feedback from a real session.
A product manager moving from fintech into healthcare, asked about a nine-month career break. This is the actual output, shortened.
The question
Let's start with the break. Tell me about the last nine months — where are things now, and what does your availability actually look like?
What she said
Sure. So I have been in product for about seven years now, mostly in fintech. Most recently I was at Ledgerline where I owned our reconciliation platform…
What Offer said
You were asked about the nine-month break and your start date. You answered with a career summary instead. To a skeptical hiring manager that reads one of two ways: you did not listen, or you are avoiding. Both are expensive in the first question.
A stronger version, from her own resume
The bracket is deliberate. Offer never invents a fact about you — where it needs one it cannot know, it asks you to fill in the true one.
One thing to be clear about
Offer will never help you invent experience.
Not employers, not numbers, not credentials, and not a story about why you left. What it does instead is harder and works better: it takes what is genuinely true about your work and helps you say it in the strongest honest form — including the awkward parts, which almost always land better answered directly than avoided. Every stronger answer it writes is built only from what is already in your resume or what you said out loud.
Pricing
The first one is free, and nothing in it is held back.
That is the whole sales pitch. If the first one is not good, you should not pay for the second one.

For institutions
Bring Offer to your students.
Career centers, community and technical colleges, coding bootcamps and outplacement firms use Offer as the practice students actually do — because it takes twenty minutes and it happens at 10pm, not during office hours.
Seat licensing
Annual, priced per seat, with volume that works on a community college budget. Students sign in with their school email.
Numbers you can report
Practice interviews completed, students reached, and score movement over time — the figures that go in a placement report, not vanity metrics.
Try it with a cohort first
We will set up free seats for one class or one cohort so you can see whether students use it before anything is signed.
Questions
Reasonable things to ask first.
Is this the same as a mock interview?
Yes — that is the usual name for it. We call it a practice interview because that is what it is, and because nobody being asked to rehearse for the most stressful conversation of their year needs the word "mock" anywhere near it.
Do I have to speak out loud?
Speaking is the point, and it is what makes the real interview feel like the second time instead of the first. But typed mode works completely — the same questions, the same follow-ups, the same scored feedback. Nothing is held back if you cannot or would rather not use your voice.
Is the first one really free?
Yes, and nothing inside it is gated. You get the whole interview and the whole report, including the stronger version of every answer. No card.
Will Offer help me hide a gap or a short stint?
No. Offer never helps anyone invent or cover up experience. It will help you answer the awkward question directly and briefly, which lands far better than avoiding it, and every sample answer it writes is built only from what is already in your resume.
Does it know the company I am interviewing with?
You paste the job description and add the company name. The questions are written for that role — weighted to what the posting actually tests, including the parts of your resume an interviewer will push on.
What happens to my recordings?
They stay on your device. Recordings live in your browser so you can play an answer back, and they are never uploaded. Transcripts and feedback are stored so progress can be tracked, and you can delete all of it from settings in one click.
English is not my first language. Will it mark me down?
Not for your accent, and not for your grammar. Offer is instructed never to score either. It coaches clarity and structure — whether the point lands — which is what an interviewer is actually responding to.
